Sturm had originally installed in my home a heat pump system, furnace, and water heater about 5 years ago and they did a fantastic job. So, I reached out to them again to install supplemental cooling in my basement music studio, using a ductless mini split heat pump. They provided competitive pricing and options and worked a more difficult installation since it had to be installed in the basement. System has been working great, installation looks clean and professional, and I am no longer warm when in my music studio - it is nice and “chilly”. They haven’t failed yet and so I continue to go back to them. Give them a try - you won’t be disappointed.
Making an appointment with Sturm was easy and convenient. They provided me with a window of time for my service, and a « on the way » heads up call. Travis was timely, professional, and friendly. He took care of my issue (water softener) and explained everything very clearly to me. He offered follow up service, if needed. I am quite pleased with my service and would highly recommend Sturm.
