Jason McCann was extremely thorough inspecting our older forced air furnace and air conditioner systems. He identified several important issues and addressed them. We highly recommend Jason at Sturm H&AC, and we look forward to him returning next summer.
I called with an emergency AC outage after a holiday weekend. The customer service representative was very friendly and able to assist us with scheduling same day visit. Our technician, Michael W., was also very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain the diagnostics before starting and kept me updated throughout the visit. We were extra thankful and happy when it was able to be repaired during the visit. We would recommend Sturm to everyone!
Collin and Darren installed a mini split system for me. They were courteous, respectful, and very professional. I have had Sturm complete projects for me in a couple of homes now and have been extremely pleased with their work. Don't hesitate to to hire these folks for your project.
