I will preface this by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews. As a small business owner I thoroughly understand what negative reviews entail. Considering this, both my wife and myself have reached out several times via phone call and text with absolutely no response. Our gutters leak in spots they shouldn't and do not drain in spots they should. It is my belief that if one side was raised slightly this would fix the issue. Could I do this myself? Sure. Do I feel i should have to after spending thousands on gutters? Absolutely not. I recently had Steve’s Gutters add and replace gutters on my entire house and they did an excellent job for a great price. There was some additional work that needed to be done that we hadn’t noticed during the estimate (two additional gutter sections and about 25 snow stops) so Dumitru had his crew do that work as well, but insisted he not charge extra because he did not want to change the amount he had quoted me. His reputation matters a great deal to him, and it shows! I will be hiring Steve’s Gutters for any metal roof or gutter work I have in the future.
Excellent communication and craftsmanship at an affordable price for a single mom. I appreciate these guys and as someone who shopped around, I can tell you emphatically that Steve's will give you the best and fairest price.
