Sam was fantastic, showed up immediately and bless his heart showed me where my outside shut off valve for my outside hose was, gave me the measurement for my furnace filter. Just went above and beyond and the customer service was exceptional and showed he really cared. Appreciate ya Sam!!!

Received great personalized service from a small locally-owned business. They got to the project quickly, finished it up a lot faster than I thought they could, got it right, looks nice, and very personable technicians. The owner himself talked to me a couple of times to get things just right. I'm very happy and will call them any time I need HVAC or or plumbing or similar repairs.

I would give Gene of Spokane Plumbing and Heating a 6 out of 5 stars, if I could. He was prompt, efficient, and solved our problem with the main shutoff valve for our house in the best way possible.
