We love My Spokane Pediatrics! The urgent care has always been so supportive and responsive to our needs. Marissa has helped us a couple times at the urgent care and she’s very professional and compassionate! 5 star experience.
Got us in so quick and the provider who met with us was so wonderful. 2 different providers misdiagnosed my son, the second being exceptionally unhelpful. She didn’t even look at him. The provider we saw today was thorough, kind, spent time to discuss everything with us and ensure we felt like all our concerns were heard and that we understood everything going on as best as possible. I feel so thankful that we can finally start treating things properly and that someone listened. I’d absolutely come back again!
Overall in the office it was a great quick experience. But beware if you need any kind of medications called in they don’t do it right away. Had to call the office 3 separate times to get someone to call it in taking 5 hours after getting done with the visit to receiving medication.
