I have paid my bill but I keep getting texts about a final notice and it doesn’t show my payment credited on my account online. Been on hold FOREVER to try and talk to someone to fix this. Make sure you take a screenshot of your payment confirmation.

Update 8/11/25: I have now called them 3 separate times in the last month about the bills that they have sent and the texts they keep sending. Each time I am told that my son’s insurance has covered the total and that I do not need to do anything and they will change the balance to $0. I even have proof of them saying this. Now today I have received a “FINAL NOTICE” bill from them in very threatening all upper case letters saying that this is basically the last chance I have until I will be sent to collections. Currently on hold for the fourth time now. This “business” is once again, a predatory and unprofessional joke. I have never had this much trouble...read full review

My husband was seen at the MultiCare Deaconess North Emergency Center in Spokane. His care was fine and we have no complaints. However, we received the same sketchy text messages others reported. Followed by predatory and fear mongering bills and incessant text messages. Despite having in network insurance and receiving payment processing from our insurance company along with adjusted billing for what we should owe they tried to balance bill us several hundred dollars. From what I’ve read I believe this is illegal. We were able to get our bill reduced, but not without major hassle.
