As a new business owner, I cannot recommend this firm. Everyone I spoke with was lovely, but the perceived cost of their work did not add up.
I had asked Mike Gunning to review my Operating Agreement. He decided to rewrite it using a template their firm had, because it was easier, his words. That's fine until I was charged $600 for this. I knew it was a template because he had failed to remove their previous client's name in different areas, which I did on my own. So really, it was just a cut-and-paste job...
