Tracy helped install a 75 gallon water heater with thermostatic tempering valve (which was a complete change in configuration) in a multi-unit rental property. I was extremely impressed. In every way he struck me as highly knowledgeable, ensured things were done right (looking for economical solutions, but not cutting corners that could cause trouble down the road). Very thorough. Gave excellent recommendations for future annual maintenance. Professional. Affordable. Strong sense of honesty and integrity. Gave me great peace of mind for a complex job done well. Tracy helped us with a nasty water tank issue - he was able to make time for us right away, was great with being clear about the issue and our options, and was very reasonable - even though the tank was crazy challenging to get to. We appreciate the quick and efficient service!)]
