Second time having Shaw out to the house and again am very pleased. They were right there in the morning and the technician Mekie was great in being honest about the faucet that I had and helping me get a better quality replacement. He was finished in very short order and took all the old stuff out with him. Very pleasant and worked to get me faucet that fit into my budget. I would 100 percent recommend this company
Our service technician, Jason, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. It’s good to know that there are plumbers out there who know how to work older boiler/radiator systems. Our home is a 1909 Craftsman bungalow home with a water boiler that was converted to natural gas back in the 1930s.
It worked 22 years without any issues until last week. Jason had it back up and running within an hour. Thank you Shaw Plumbing. Hoping to get another 22 years out of it.
We had a water emergency very early in the morning and couldn’t turn the shower off so we ended up having to turn the water off completely. I got a hold of them at seven in the morning and they had someone out in about an hour and fixed it super quick!! So thankful for their responsiveness and professionalism!!
