I've only gone once so far, but River City was absolutely amazing! I ended up being a bit late due to directional issues and all of the staff were so kind.
What got me the most was that my dog, who has had previous grooming trauma, was completely relaxed by the end of her appointment, like a completely different dog. It was the first time I had seen her so calm at an appointment since it became a huge trigger for her. They asked if me being with her would help, and I was absolutely willing to stand there with her to make her feel more comfortable. Gabi and Randi have been absolute gems for me and my old French Bulldog. I let my dog’s nails get too long and had so much anxiety about getting them cut. Both Randi and Gabi made the process so smooth and easy, I have no reservations now. They were kind, quick, and so skilled. For 10 bucks for a walk-in nail trim, too, this place with those gals can’t be beat. Thank you Randi and Gabi!

Called up today looking to schedule a face/head trim for my standard poodle, they said they could do as a walk in while I waited - and so we went to give them a try. I'm so impressed by the friendly, prompt, and professional service here. My dog looks awesome, and I'm happy to have a great place to go back to for a full groom :)
