I needed a second opinion after another company came out to do a sponsored service to my furnace- you know, the kind that gets them in the door and then try to sell you something. The technician that came out heralded impending doom and my furnace (which has never had a single hiccup) had moments left until it shut down.
The technician sent out by R&R was thorough and so courteous. He said my furnace has NONE of the issues “identified” by the crooks in the pink trucks and some of the things they were supposed to service they didn’t even touch. Finally, they didn’t charge me a dime. I am so relieved and grateful. This local business has my lifetime allegiance!

Colby was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He informed me about my heat pump system and ways to keep it running well. He was very considerate about putting shoe covers over his shoes whenever he came inside my house from outdoors.

R&R did the original furnace and ductwork in our house when we built in 1992. We replaced our furnace and upgraded with a Carrier Infinity series HVAC system in 2018. We have them do a maintenance yearly and the employees I have dealt with have always been friendly and seem to do a good job.
