Providence Family Medicine - North Spokane

I was nervous changing medical carriers after being with Kaiser for 25+ years. Providence did not disappoint. From setting up myChart in advance to booking my appointment, it was seamless. The reception team was friendly and helpful.
This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.

The tech support with getting my own MyChart up and running again was excellent . The person that helped me was articulate in the English language , which was extremely refreshing . My experience with Providence tech support was 5 STARS .

I’ve had good experiences at Providence Family Medicine. From check in at the front desk, Jack doing my vitals and memory quiz, Dr Kelsh’s exam and review of my current medication and health concerns, to the lab draw before leaving; everything went smoothly. Dr Kelsh reviewed the labs and her evaluation and the results were on My Chart that afternoon.
