After my cancer diagnosis, I was referred to Plastic Surgery NW. I was told that all of the Doctors were excellent and to just schedule with whomever I could get in with. Well, I got online and started looking at before and after DIEP Flap surgeries. I picked Dr. Fletcher because his after photos looked like something the Lord put there! I am so happy I chose him! My surgery had a complication and after 8 hours I had to go back into surgery because of lack of blood flow in one of my flaps. I was in surgery 7 hours after going back in. I truly believe that most surgeons would have put in an expander and called it a day. He knew I didn't want that. He knew I trusted him! Dr. Fletcher stayed with me for 15 hours! He never gave up and he never left me! I can't say enough about him and the entire staff!!! I have never felt anything but absolutely cared for, compassion and professionalism! I am so very thankful to Dr. Fletcher! I would recommend him to anyone! He is my hero!!
My name is Sandra Edwards and I am recieving care from Plastic Surgery Northwest after lumpectomy. Dr. Fletcher and his team are amazing, caring and supportive. Dr. Fletcher has the most genuine caring bedside manner that I have ever encountered from a surgeon. Dr. Fletcher did a Parenchymal rearrangement that has turned out better than I could have possibly imagined. I have full sensation in my breast and nipple and no nerve or any other kind of pain after complete healing. The level of skill it took to accomplish this and the beauty of my breast is amazing to me. I am a nurse and have worked with many different surgeons throughout my career, but Dr. Fletcher is number one. If you have breast cancer and are in need of breast reconstruction, I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher.
