I'm having issues with an Epson printer and talked to these guys about possible repairs. They were SUPER helpful, offering me options and recommendations. The person I talked to had a great attitude and was extremely helpful - great customer service!

What an amazing experience, had an old MacBook that got rained on and wanted to know if they could help with getting my info from the motherboard. Brian and David were extremely helpful. Brian explained things super clearly. Both were exceptionally nice!

Called them up and Brian was extremely friendly over the phone and explained the options I would have based on my description of the issues I was experiencing. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the issue, but they were able to recover my data off of the device and David made me feel like they had done everything they could before things got more expensive than the device was worth to me. Thank you for your help and if I ever have computer issues, or friends that do, I will recommend you guys first. Please never change!
