The doctor was absolutely amazing and quick but the check-in/front desk staff were subpar at best. It took over 20 minutes for them to print a physician’s note for our daughter for school. They also do not understand how insurance works (specifically double coverage). We had to pay out of pocket upfront because they don’t understand how to bill a secondary insurance. One of the front desk staff was openly frustrated with another staff member, which made it uncomfortable at check out as well.
I had an unforeseen situation that need attention right away and the Doctor and Staff accommodated my needs and I am very greatful. I
would definitely recommend them for your eyecare needs.
This was my first visit to this business. Everyone was friendly and the optometrist I saw was very helpful and made sure all of my issues and concerns were addressed. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was very informed about what my insurance allowed and what would cost me more. Overall I am very happy that I decided to make an appointment.
