“I was nervous changing medical carriers after being with Kaiser for 25+ years. Providence did not disappoint. From setting up myChart in advance to booking my appointment, it was seamless. The reception team was friendly and helpful.
This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“

From the front desk team, to the ultrasound techs and nurses this team was professional, highly skilled, warm and incredibly kind. Doctor Platz and the nurses would often spend extra time ensuring we were comfortable and understood all implications of the information we were receiving. We felt so cared for and started to actually enjoy our weekly appointments at this office. We now have two beautiful little boys and couldn’t feel more grateful for the experience we had bringing them safely into this world in large part thanks to this great team.
