The Receptionist, Alla , was very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered immediate assistance. The Technician, Eric, was awesome. My window looks great and works perfectly. He noticed another issue with my car which he happily gave me help with. It is a truly wonderful experience to recieve such great customer service and care from a business in this day and age. I am very happy and grateful.

Had my windshield replaced at Northwest Auto Glass and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, the service was fast, and the workmanship was top-notch. They took great care of my vehicle and had everything done on time. Highly recommend them for quality auto glass service!

We were traveling when our sprinter van's left window stuck in the down position. It's 98 degrees and it's labor day. The next morning we arrived at NW Auto Glass. At 8am they took the keys and we went to the comfortable waiting room. One hour later I was asked to take a look at what was the issue. It was explained and a part was found (in the shop) 20 minutes later the job was finished. The bill was way less than I expected. This is the best service I've ever had on any vehicle in my 60 years of driving. Simply the best folks I've ever dealt with.
