I had my car broken into, completely shattered passenger window in a million pieces, and had all of my belongings stolen. Anyone that this has happened to, you know you’re a little shook up and feeling a bit violated. I called NorthWest Auto Glass and they were SO NICE. From the first phone call, a gentleman answered the phone and said no problem I can get it fixed today. I brought in the car and the front office woman sitting at the desk (I’m so sorry I don’t remember the name, she was blonde) called my insurance for me and got the process started for me and just handed me the phone when they needed to talk to me. The woman who owns the shop with her husband was also so nice and easy to talk to!! Within 3 hours of dropping it off they let me know it was done. Amazing service. Clean, professional, and really friendly people.
