They did a good job on cutting glass for me, but they need time to get it done. They're not staffed with a dedicated glass cutting person, so when the crew is in the shop, they have staffing available to cut glass. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
After waiting around Safelite for an hour after my appointment time and zero progress, I drove by Spokane Glass Center and stopped in to see when they could fix my window. Answer: "Is now OK?"They ordered the part and started taking the door apart immediately. I was back on road with a functioning window, guaranteed for life, within 90 minutes of driving in.Great work, great service, nice people. Shop local!
