I have been here many times for many different tests and lab work. I have never had a bad experience. From the front desk to all the techs, they are friendly, professional, kind and sensitive to patient needs and fears.

The optical center/eye clinic sent me the wrong contact prescription, and it has been very difficult to get a hold of them to fix it. They sent me a sample pair of contacts in the meantime, and upon looking at the prescription on the box, it still doesn't match my prescription. This issue has been ongoing for weeks now, and it is still unresolved, and my phone calls are not being returned. If my insurance covers it, I am ditching MultiCare for my eyecare. This also isn't the first time I've experienced issues with the eye center either, but this is the last straw.

I felt prompted to write this review after seeing some recent patient responses. My last visit to a department in this facility was in August of 2024. Overall, my experience with Rockwood Urgent Care has been positive. Sometimes, due to timing of my arrival I have experienced a long wait as the waiting room was crowded with people. The reception staff have been courteous and patient, and empathetic to patients waiting for care, and expedited care as possible. The physicians I was treated by listened carefully to my complaints and provided immediate care with medication and instructions for follow up and referrals as necessary in spite of their high patient load.
