The team was so lovely in helping my son’s double ear infection. Barbara was so kind in caring for my son with goldfish snacks and sending our prescription to a 24/7 pharmacy so we could start meds asap.
I feel like with a lot of urgent care places the care is rushed and can sometimes feel invalidating or make me insecure due to the attitude of staff. This was a complete different experience. They were so attentive and kind. I saw Katherine White and she was so sweet and really listened to me. Even every other staff member was kind! I am 100% coming back if I ever need to go to an urgent care again. 10/10 !!
Check in was very friendly and efficient. I was more than impressed by Barb Tritt, PA, as she was incredibly knowledgeable about and experienced in treating my medical issue. I can only hope that, in going to Indigo in the future, I’d be lucky enough to see her.
