Front desk crew: genuinely pleasant, good sense of humor, made the whole thing easy. Dr. Janet was sweet as could be. Only knock is I was there about 2 hours, but my employer was paying for my time, so that's their problem, not mine.

Compared to the Spokane Valley Clinic, this is the spot. Less busy, and the doctor actually likes truck drivers instead of treating a DOT physical like an inconvenience. If you're a driver in the area needing your DOT physical done right, skip the Valley and come here instead.

I went in for a DOT physical and a urinalysis test for a company so that I can start work. I showed up 10 minutes early was a second customer in. I filled out an online questionnaire via phone maybe took five minutes. And then I sat in the lobby for about another 10. Mind you this was all a walk-in. Once I was seen to get my exam going all in all. I think I was there for an hour to an hour and a half. The front desk was friendly and courteous as they needed to be. The nurse technician and doctor were overly pleasant. They all had good attitudes, especially to start the day off being that they probably see multiple customers a day.
