Very aggressive with their upsell, felt rushed, and they made me bleed on two different occasions.Ended up paying nearly 300 for 2 manis and Patti's for their delux service, which I wasn't sure what was so delux about it, it was just a standard mani/pati.I don't care for the vibes or the chatter, especially if we have an obvious language barrier.

Last month I took two girlfriends to Mai Nails salon. I had not used their service before. We were on a schedule since one friend was leaving for Europe in a few hours. We arrived on time. Our service was not rushed. It was efficient and exceptional. My gel nails lasted 5 weeks. The regular polish on my toes still look good. I'm thrilled to have finally found my "Favorite Nail Salon".

Mai is sweet and kind. She is patient with me and has helpful suggestions for when I'm unsure of which colors compliment each other well. I always go for gel nails, usually multi-colored, ombre, and sometimes with glitter. Mai is happy to create the witchy aesthetic I'm looking for at an excellent price.Services: Acrylic nails
