Years of compensating for a shoulder injury left certain muscles tight and constantly causing issues. After just one acupuncture session, I experienced significant relief and finally feel hopeful that I can get my body back to normal again!
The Longevity Health Center is a beautiful and instantly inviting environment. The staff is warm and helpful, it’s so nice to feel like you actually matter.
I received acupuncture from Jodi and I am absolutely blown away by the results. I have tried many treatment modalities for chronically tight, knotted, and sore muscles, including massage, yoga, stretching, PT, and even float tanks. They all felt nice and delivered about 24-36 hours of relief. I had never tried acupuncture and I felt extreme joy and sadness after my first experience with Jodi. How did I not know this existed?!?! I’ve been seeing Jodi this summer for my (almost) chronic sciatica. After two sessions, the numbness in my hamstring started going away and the tingling, uncomfortable sensations went away. I just went to my third, and hopefully last, session for my sciatica. The comparison from two months ago to now is extraordinary. My hamstring feels amazing thanks to Jodi! It may be a process, so be patient because acupuncture (and Jodi) are magic. Thank you Jodi <3
