Peggy saw our review and immediately reached out to apologize about our experience. She had tried to reach out sooner, but there was miscommunication about contacting us. She had opportunities to make excuses on why things happened, instead, she just listened as to why my family and I had such a negative experience. Her just listening made me feel like her apology was genuine and I respect that she did personally contact me to ensure she understood why we felt the way we did. After talking with Peggy, I feel our experience was unique and the learning from this will help future experiences better for all.
