I have two school age girls who walk to and from school and wanted to give them the skills to navigate a situation should something occur. We came in for a free session and afterwards when I asked them if they wanted to sign up, they both exclaimed yes, and were really excited to show their dad what they had learned (from day 1!). This was back in January and we've steadily been coming twice a week now. I've never had to encourage them to go or remind them about class; five months later and they are still pretty enthusiatic about it. I was looking for a good cardio workout that is kind to those with grey hair. I found it here. Great teachers and environment. Even the other students are helpful with learning. The instructors show you how to perform the moves then will take time to show a modified move for those of us with less movable joints. Loved it the first day I tried it, though it exhausted me.

Great instructors with easy to understand teaching methods you can jump into anyone’s class and know you’re gonna get a great work out and learn something new. It’s the best place for anyone to go to learn some great self defense skills
