The beginners classes are a great introduction to self defense. The skills are practical and the instructors make them easy to understand. They have done a great job making a comfortable environment to learn in!

I’m a beginner and find the available schedules work great for me. The class instruction is intense and I feel I’m learning to defend myself. The instructors are very helpful. Very happy I decided to sign up here.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts are intense. The self defense classes are packed with so many lessons on protecting yourself. The repetitive nature and drills during class have helped me hone my stance and basic strikes. Even just trying it out can really help you open your eyes to the possibilities. Their goal at the center is to help people walk in peace. I'm still a beginner but I've noticed that some days I'm less worried and anxious and standing upright with confidence.
