Completely unacceptable and would not recommend. While initially response to coming and providing a quote, when we went back to accept the quote and confirm a day/time a few weeks in advance, Inland NW Electric did not respond to our acceptance and confirmation of the quote, by all the means they used to communicate with us, despite several attempts. No follow-up email, text, or phone call at all - even when we asked and title things as 'final opportunity'. We made at least 5, spaced-out, and patient attempts. This delayed our desire project by at least 6 weeks, as we then had to call out a difference electrician to start the entire process over.

Called for thier 24 hour electrical service. Too bad it's not available in spokane guess this would fall under false advertising.

ZERO STARS! I called to ask what the charge would be to replace and/or repair 3 outlets. She (the receptionist who answered) said "what is that?" I reply back with, "you don't know what an outlet is?" She said "no." I was so astonished that a receptionist AT AN ELECTRICAL COMPANY, has no idea what an outlet is! First and last call to this company EVER!
