Having known Hillary and Jason for almost 20 years - they’ve helped me with various athletic goals and post surgery recovery. I count on Hillary especially for practical and no/nonsense guidance for working out and eating healthfully. Plus, I laugh ! The time is well spent and the money is worth it!

I have trained with Hillary for about 20 years. She creates workouts that are tough and challenging but designed for my limitations. She keeps me strong and fit and also focuses on my nutrition. She is totally part of my routine and I thank her for her amazing dedication!

Hillary and Jason are the best trainers - supportive, very knowledgeable and fun! They provide workout plans I can do on my own between sessions. Any time I'm dealing with pain or an injury, they know a modification, stretch or an exercise to get me back on track and help me stay strong.
