We had Michael here yesterday working on our AC unit for 5 or 6 hours. He was such a kind and hardworking guy. We've had issues with our AC since July and were told previously that we needed a new unit...Michael came out and almost immediately found a couple pretty obvious issues and didn't leave until they were fixed. He made sure to keep us informed, but he was a workhorse! Could have been a 2 person job, but he was so kind and patient through the whole process. We really appreciate him and it was so nice not having to go to sleep with it 80+ degrees in our house. Thank you so very much, Michael!

HVAC1 came recommended to me by a contractor we know and I could not be happier. They installed a new heat pump, furnace, and tankless water heater. Michael Davis did our install and he was excellent and I liked his attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.

We had HVAC 1 do our complete heat and A/C system in our new construction and a 5 star is just no enough. The crew are like a machine and they work together like non I have seen. Our family friend is who is also a contractor and the person helping me get our house built uses another heating company. It was another family friend who told us to call Paul at HVAC 1 and we are so glad we did. With all that is going on in the world today I feel word of mouth is the way to go. A review can be a great way to help spread the word. It was Paul who said to use Cory at Empire to do the plumbing and they did a superb job.
