Valerie made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. This was my first Reiki session, and I didn’t know what to expect, but her energy is so calm and grounding. She took her time, explained things in a way that felt easy to understand, and I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. Great first time energy healing experience! You can feel the negative energy release. It feels like the toxins release after a massage which leaves you extremely thirsty, so you know it worked!
