Valerie made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. This was my first Reiki session, and I didn’t know what to expect, but her energy is so calm and grounding. She took her time, explained things in a way that felt easy to understand, and I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. Great first time energy healing experience! You can feel the negative energy release. It feels like the toxins release after a massage which leaves you extremely thirsty, so you know it worked! It's hard to verbalize the depth and variety of the work she has done on use, for every situation may need a different approach. FYI She can do distance work. If am unable to come to her she still finds a way to help me. She is amazing. I am so glad I have her in my life.

I have been a customer of Valerie's for somewhere around 10 years. She is always warm, welcoming, and comforting to be around. I am a natural skeptic but she made me a believer in energy healing. I have experienced things during our sessions I cannot account for in any other way than spiritual encounters.
