Words cannot express my level of gratitude for this business. Lets be honest, great customer service is rare. These guys knocked it out of the park. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic.They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
