Tumble- South Hill

TUMBLE Laundry Company provides the cleanest facilities in Spokane County for all laundry needs. Their three convenient locations offer drop off and pick up for dry cleaning and wash & fold services. Both the Francis and Monroe locations have self-serve laundry equipment, including large machines suitable for comforters and sleeping bags, along with free wifi and cable TV. Customers can visit these locations where attendants are available to help with any laundry concerns. For those unable to visit, the company now offers pick up and drop off services across Spokane County.

Customers have praised the helpful staff at TUMBLE, who ensure laundry is thoroughly cleaned and dried. One reviewer appreciated the attendant who dried a king down comforter, describing the process as a "total cost of $7" and a big time-saver. Others have noted the clean and welcoming environment, with many stating they "always keep coming back" due to the excellent service.

Recent reviews highlight the friendly and patient staff, especially helpful when customers are new or need assistance. One customer moving without a place to do laundry appreciated the staff's kindness and patience. Another mentioned the staff's attentiveness when washing a blanket for the first time. The large load options are also appreciated for bulky items like winter comforters, which do not fit in regular washing machines.

However, some customers have experienced issues with unclear signage and pricing, leading to confusion about which washers and dryers to use and inconsistent costs. Improvements in signage and transparent pricing could enhance the experience. Overall, TUMBLE Laundry Company offers a convenient, clean, and friendly laundry experience, with most customers praising the helpful staff and quality service.
