It felt like I kept running in circles. Finally, I called my local Friendly Computers and spoke with Glenn. Even though he’d never deal with my specific problem, Glenn listened carefully and took notes. Then he got to work. Resolving part of the problem required Glenn to work directly with my website hosting service. He also had to learn how my store integrated with my email provider. Glenn resolved all my issues in a few hours. I should have called him sooner and saved myself all the headaches!
