Dennis is amazing! Had a problem with a PS5 overheating and shutting off so I took it in. Dennis had it cleaned out and added the thermal paste and had it back to me the next day. He was very friendly and quick with service. I highly recommend!

Dennis worked what I can only describe as a miracle.
A few years ago, I accidentally dropped my laptop into a bathtub full of Epsom salts. I was convinced it was completely ruined and that I had lost everything.
Dennis was able to save it.
Not only did he recover it, but here we are 2.5 years later and that same laptop is still running.
His knowledge, honesty, and skill are truly impressive. He took what seemed like a hopeless situation and turned it around, saving me the cost and headache of replacing my computer.

Sent a message asking for an estimation of how much it would cost to get my laptop fixed. Replied back very quickly. Took my laptop in, Dennis explained to me what the process was to get my laptop fixed and gave me an explanation of the pricing. I received my laptop back yesterday and it's like its brand new. Would recommend, very friendly with reasonable pricing.

He replaced the battery in my MacBook, helped me transition to a new computer, and transferred all of my information seamlessly. What I expected to be a stressful, complicated process turned out to be incredibly easy thanks to Dennis.
