Carrie is great! Give you exactly what you want and is so nice to talk to! Can really tell she knows her stuff and what colors work well on different colors of hair! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Susan for my "hair care" for years but this is my first chance to share...the shop is always clean and bright, the people working there always friendly and Susan is the absolute best!!

After reading Kimberly B.'s Review I would highly recommend you go and read all her reviews on businesses. It appears she cannot seem to keep her appointment straight. She also gave a massage therapist a bad review because she did not arrive at the correct time or place. These businesses have to make a living too. They have other clients who are on time and it is usually not very easy to adjust scheduling at the last minute. I believe Kimberly's review was very unfair. I have been going to first impressions for 20+ years. I have had excellent customer service from Carrie. When she went on leave she went out of her way to recommend another stylist for me until she returned....read full review
