Mark was terrific!! Fixed the leak under our kitchen sink that had dripped, dripped, dripped down in to the basement. Fixed a “homeowner” job that just wasn’t quite up to par. Mark was fast, knowledgeable and thorough. And, Maureen and Steph at the front desk were so courteous and efficient too. We are glad we called Epic!!
Technician (Jason) was prompt, professional, communicated well and quickly diagnosed our problem. He had the repair parts stocked in the company van, so he was able to complete the job quickly.
Sirus came out and fixed our very old furnace for us when other companies either didn’t think it could be fixed or didn’t want to take the time. He was super polite and did an excellent job. The folks who answer the phones were so nice and efficient and got us scheduled in because we were leaving town within a few days. We will definitely use them again when needed.
