The receptionist, her name is Tina. Well where shall I start? Because she is nothing short of amazing! I first met her in person during my initial visit. And then again over the phone, when I needed my records facts. Which she obliged with a smile. I couldn't see her smile. But I could feel her joy to assist me permeating through the phone. I felt both her warmth and compassion. My tooth was hurting throbbing really bad during our conversation. Somehow her kindness felt kind of soothing. Excellent. From numbing to drilling to filling. Honestly, first pain free dental experience. Best hand at the drill too. Had 2 fillings. Got apointment on the way out for next day due to someones cancellation. Administration and front end, even financial dept, all top notch.
Comfort dental is truly the best! I've had many procedures done here including having 9 teeth pulled in one day! I was honestly terrified going in but Dr. Bailey has a very gentle hand, skilled technique and compassionate heart for helping people. I am happy to report my visit was completely pain-free! I never thought that could happen, especially undergoing the procedures I required. The staff was amazing and I won't go anywhere else for my dental needs. They have made a great impression on me and I'm truly grateful. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. They have a client for life in me. Look no further, Comfort dental is where it's at!!
