Far and above the best medical practice I have worked with. Dr. Randolph doesn't just write a prescription and get you out the door, he listens to what your saying and takes the time to describe what is going on and what he/we are going to do to treat it.I recommend this practice to family and friends when they are looking for a primary care doctor.

No one wants to go to a specialist, but it was a necessary evil, so I had the pleasure of getting to be a patient of Dr. Cathcart's. Aside from being very friendly, he was very professional - and prepared. I was surprised that he had already reviewed my record and my imaging before I came into the appointment - and remembered it. This is not the type of doctor that is fumbling about, trying to figure out what is going on as the patient waits. He was ready to go, which allowed him to have plenty of time to offer thorough explanations and listen to all the questions and thoughts I had. I never felt rushed - in fact, he specifically asked if I had asked all of my questions before I left. He also is incredibly skilled at what he does. He knows the thyroid better than anyone. It takes a long time to get an appointment with him, but it is worth it. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have not consistently received good health care in Spokane, but Dr. Cathcart is one shining exception.

so went to see Dr. Cathcartt here and ended up walking out. he would not listen to me at all he raised his voice and consistently argued w me and told me hes ran all test in past n everythings fine and my symptoms arent from my adrenals but he will double my dose to 30mg of HC to where im overdosing and if im not better then i need to accept ita not my adrenals. he refused to give me my emergency shot bc i have not been in a conplete crisis even tho ive came close n went to the er numerous times. he said im making my body sick bc by stress dosing and that im not supposed to be stress dosing o have to tell them n it has to b something huge to stress dose. He said im on too high of a dose ,15mg he had me taking 10 in am n 5 in evening, and my stress doseing n thats whats causing my high blood pressure nausea ligbteheadedness water retention low pottassium. he said he does this every day n he knows. i told him all my other dr send me back to you n he said well they dont know what they r talking about. i said so me as the patient is being tossed between all u dr w my life on the line. i had to walk out i was so upset n in tears and on top of it all he had a physicin intern in w us and it made me feel so terrible the intern had to witness all that. im still upset w a huge headache and feeling exhausted right now he would ask what i wanted him to do n when i said jt he refused. every time i have came here he has been rude argumentative and refused to listen to my symptoms and to refuse a emergency shot thatll save my life if i have a crisis just bc i havent had a full one YET. A crisis can take my life w this rare disease that a lot of ER n physicians dont know about. My concern is with this Dr. specifically not the full office or other employees. please fight for your own health and life!

This office was my primary care for 10+ years. I have been double insured for the last three years. This company waited an entire year and then sent one bill that were for dates of service going back to 2014 . Many were over a year old. I was highly upset when u got this. I called and was given no explanation or call back. I am now in collections for $220!!! Had they billed at the appropriate times I would have been able to contact my insurance and get it squared away! Besides that they didn't take my copay several times and said it wasn't required due to my double coverage! I received one bill, for a years worth of charges and dates of services and no call back and am now in collections with valley empire. Do not use these unprofessional people as your medical providers!! Aside from the long wait times and finally switching to a new doctor before even getting this bill - they are beyond unprofessional. So upset! Billing practices need to be monitored! This is a fraudulent company! Stick with smaller offices not these big agencies that are money hungry and do not follow proper billing procedures!! They deserve no stars!!
