Eben has done work on several of my guitars over the last 5 years. The first was a Warmoth Jazzmaster I put together that needed adjustments beyond my skillset. He’s worked on two of my Les Paul’s. One needed significant fretwork. Eben made them play perfectly. Most recently he did a complete refret & nut replacement on my 1969 SG JR. the work is perfect. Eben is very punctual & professional. Cole Music is my number 1 choice for guitar repair.

Can’t thank Cole’s enough. My Ibanez musician series bass finally works again. Bought it new in 83. Started to have electronic issues several years ago. Have tried 3 other reputable and expensive shops attempt to fix it with only short term results. 4th time is a charm. I have played several gigs with it now. No issues. So happy to have her back

I can’t say enough good things about Cole Music Company. Eben did incredible work bringing my 80’s Fender Lead II back to life — it genuinely plays like new again. The setup and intonation were absolutely top-notch, and his experience really showed when diagnosing and solving the tuning issues caused by an aftermarket Floyd Rose. Instead of guessing or upselling, he took the time to determine the right course of action, and the results speak for themselves. On top of that, Eben also tracked down and fixed a pickup issue on my Gibson Les Paul. Both guitars now play and sound better than they have in years.
