Booking was easy, the space is clean and quiet, and my massage was easily one of the best I've had in the Spokane area. My therapist checked in about pressure and problem areas, and adjusted right away whenever I asked.
I want to be really specific about the tipping situation, since that seems to be a sticking point in other reviews: there was absolutely zero pressure — no comments about the amount, no insistence on cash, no awkwardness at checkout. I just had a fantastic hour and a half massage that was so good, it deserved a review and a five star rating. Right from the beginning, Cindy, the masseuse met me at the door to welcome me in. The personal touch was immediately present. Cindy set the mood of the room with some terrific mandolin style music and lowered the lights and gave me a chance to get ready before she began. She is a true professional! She took her time with a little bit of small talk, but focused on the areas that I told her I needed help with. She was receptive and very understanding. I've been seeing Cindy for a year and a half now. She does an amazing job and is very sweet. She gives the option of a hard or soft massage (I go with medium usually, unless I'm in exceptional discomfort). I really like this place and will keep coming here. You should too
