Went to Caruso Floors to look at carpet and was met by Susanna upon entering the store. I explained what type of carpet we were interested in and she showed samples of the carpet and pad. Susanna was very knowledgeable and never trued to up sell. She provided samples to take home and scheduled an estimate for the next day. The carpet arrived as promised and was installed within days. The installer, David, arrived on time and was not only friendly but also proficient in his install. I would highly recommend Caruso’s because of their excellent customer service and products.

Great experience working with Caruso's Floors for a bedroom carpet install. There was an issue with the carpet off gassing and they were prompt in sending someone to inspect and then get a claim with the manufacturer processed right away. I will be using them again!
