I had an incredible experience at BHY! Kali was knowledgeable, encouraging, and her genuine personality made my first class back after ten years an absolute pleasure. Kali’s attention to proper form, positive energy, and ability to motivate us was the key to a great class. The way she walked through each pose and her calm demeanor was exceptional. I highly recommend BHY to anyone looking for an amazing yoga experience with an instructor who truly cares about their students’ success and well-being. I’ll definitely be back!
Thank you to the wonderful instructor today who was not scheduled to teach, but willingly jumped in and led our morning class. I have witnessed this instructor/ Team member on multiple different occasions lean into the moment and handle it with grace. It doesn't go unnoticed. You make that space very beautiful and should be so proud.
This has been such an amazing experience. I joined not having much experience with hot yoga, and all the instructors grave made me feel so welcome and encouraged. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, from beginners to experts.
