Having to take an instrument in for a repair is never pleasant. Especially when you find out from your child that a repair is needed a day before said child needs that instrument for school the next day.. Robin had it done the same day..

Robin is great to work with. He and the other repair people really know their stuff. I know that when I take my instruments in for repairs or routine overhauls, they'll do exactly what is needed to get the instruments back in tip-top playing condition. But they also don't oversell. If a pad or spring doesn't really need to be replaced, they will leave them alone and not over charge me.
