Professional Talesha Reynolds was kind and friendly. She took great care of my hair going to extreme lengths to protect it during lightening service. She did a great job when it comes to the protection though the toning didn't quite workout as I was expecting and she offered to retone it but I instead chose to go elsewhere to get it retoned and she then offered to a refund for the toner. I would 100% recommend Talesha for her customer service skills and the fact she put costumer satisfaction first.

I just got my hair colored by Alanna. She did an excellent job and her attention to detail went above and beyond. The whole experience was luxurious. She gives you the option of enjoying yummy snacks and drinks, provides a relaxing shampoo in the COMFY sink AND beautiful results when she's done. Thank you for everything, Alanna!
