I have given this place 2 different tries and each time they are rude because I don’t want gel on my toes. When the nail polish they were using looked old and we mentioned something they said “you need gel” this is highly unprofessional

Got a leg wax here and they were extremely aggressive to the point where my legs and thighs are bruised, when that has never happened to me before and way over priced

Came in for a pedicure.. My tech did an amazing job.. They treated me with a drink menu too.. Will definitely be back for my next one.

Service was ok for me, but I came with my girlfriend to get matching pedicures and she was treated like she was stupid. She doesn’t get her nails done very often and when she asked clarifying questions, the male tech responded very rudely. I have been getting my nails done for years, and never in my life have I been charged extra for gel polish, for glitter polish, AND for matte. $25 extra dollars is insane. The male tech that did my girlfriend’s toes was very rude and seemed very frustrated with her questions, and we left feeling frustrated with how she was treated. The pricing was outrageous and service was subpar.

I have now been to this place twice for two separate services. Every single time I have been in here there has been an upset customer or a spouse of an upset customer complaining. The other day when Iowa's there a husband came in and said his wife came out and was crying in the car. When business is slow they all sit around and it's very intimidating as you walk in the door and they're talking in their native language and you can't understand them. We had the head spa treatment this last time and it was okay but they have two beds crammed in a room. So to get your massages on your hands and arms and shoulders they have to pull your arm away from the wall. They really need to have it in a bigger room so that they can walk on both sides of you. Also the steam machine that they use they need to have two of them. So that one of you is not without the steam all the other one is. Also, my friend didn't get all the same treatment as my head spa treatment even though we ordered the same thing. Her technician received a phone call and actually took the call during her spa treatment. Honestly, if it wasn't for two of us wanting a head spa treatment together, I would not have gone to this place ever again . Aside from it being rather large and having many employees, the quality of the products that they use for acrylics etc didn't seem to be very good. The employees seemed very nice. I have been having my acrylics done for over 30 years and was not impressed with this place at all. The nails started to lift after less than a week and one nail actually came off. This is not acceptable to me after paying so much. I definitely will not go out of my way to go to this place the next time I am in Spokane. They are extremely expensive and will try to rip you off so be very careful. Assertiveness is great with them so they don't try to scam you.

Jack was a horrible! He acted irritated and unhappy when they handed me over to him but I still gave him a chance. He smacked my hand because it wasn't where he wanted it. Ended manicure after that. I won't be treated like a child who did something bad. I have came many times but now going to support small businesses!

Julie is the BEST!!!! I will only see her! You should too! *Update* I'm still going to Julie, she maintains my long, curved, square acrylic nails better than anyone! 🩷

John is very passionate and very thorough. It was maybe the best massage I’ve ever had.

David did an amazing job on my nails! They look beautiful, and I’m so happy with the results. He was skilled, efficient, and made the whole experience great. I’ve definitely found my go-to nail guy and highly recommend him!
