You Turn Physical Therapy

I was referred to Alex for my jaw pain. I honestly can't recommend him enough. He provided what other PTs haven't been able to for my pain: strain counterstrain. He doesn't just look at the affected area, but the body as a whole. My inflammation and pain have gone down dramatically. It's a painless process, and I can't recommend You Turn highly enough!!

Amazing! My doctor reffered me to Alex and it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I've had years of chronic disease and inflamation. Alex has done more for me in a short period of time than I can even begin to explain. My sleep is deeper, my congestion is dramatically reduced, my anxiety is way down, and my brainfog is highly improved! Beyond that, he rolled back years of muscle stiffness and pain from injuries and chronic inflamation. He helped me recover a level of flexiblity that I haven't experienced since I was a teenager; and I love that I can finally run without calf pain!

Alex and Becky Pagotelis are top notch Physical Therapists. I have seen Becky do amazing work with post mastectomy/explant and women's health! Alex is AMAZING with Fascial Strain Counterstrain. This technique is absolutely mind blowing and can help anyone who is in the middle of a detox and needs extra support with drainage and extra cellular matrix (ECM) dysfunction. We are blessed to have them in our community.
