Not happy at all with them. I have gone there several times in the past and will never go again. They said I booked a massage back in November and are now going to send me to collections if I don't pay. I do not recall booking that massage and I have never missed an appointment in the past. Be careful with them and their charges
The Liberty Lake location address is not up to date on this page, this resulted in us being 5 min late to the appointment because of the incorrect address. I tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. Alex was unprofessional and rude to my teenager. He did not listen to our concerns and told us ‘massage’ would not help. Unprofessionalism and rudeness to a child is unacceptable.
Alex at the Library Lake location was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and rude to my teenage son. He did not listen to our concerns even after explaining in detail my sons injury and medical concerns. I will not return to Whispering Falls. I am disappointed that a professional would treat a child in such an unprofessional way.
