I spoke with Ezra in the healthcare department. He was AWESOME. Very understanding,knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. I usually am flustered by healthcare plans and paperwork but he made it such a breeze. Definitely will be going back to this clinic. The doctor and nurse and front end were amazing and kind as well!
5 stars. The staff was exceptionally helpful from walking in to walking out of the clinic. They even got me through without the use of any drugs or antibiotics, just good old medical care! Highly recommended
This is one of the best experiences I have had a medical facility in Spokane. The CMA Alicia was very helpful and showed genuine concern for my condition. The medical field needs more people like her. I will definitely go back if I have any medical issues because they are awesome.
