This is a great gym! If you don't like the busyness of a lot of other gyms and want to train by yourself or have a trainer, this would be the place. The owner is great and knows his stuff.
Friendly staff, good community. Convenient location if you live in the nearby apartment complexes. It's motivating to have access to a gym without a commute. The owners are very knowledgeable in fitness and sports sciences with a passion for their careers.
