well this will be second attempt at my review as I'm pretty sure the first one won't be seen, I've been taking my pom there for 9 years now, I used to be happy with this pet salon, I raved and told many people to take their dogs here, but for whatever reason the last 4 cuts I have been very dissatisfied, I took him today I came to pick him up and didn't see him in a cage plenty were empty so i said where is my dog the owner said he is finished.The owner was cutting another dogs hair and she said oh he is, he's in the back because he barks, he's never been put in the back, then the other groomer proceeds to try to get me to pay before retrieving... read full review

Dropped off my cat for Lion cut and she was very good apparently and it only cost me 85(2026 year) dollars. If she wasn't as good she would have been like 95 dollars or a little more. It is there busy season so it took like 3 or 4 hours but I am going to keep using them for my cat.

I just moved to the area and needed to establish a new groomer. My dog can be very hesitant/snippy when meeting new people. They took precautions and were wonderful in making me feel like it wasn't a big deal. She looks amazing, smells good, and they were able to complete the grooming (and even added an adorable Christmas bandana). We will be back! Thank you! :)
We've been back 3 times now? Maybe 4... they're amazing!! I love that they send my girl home in a cute bandana!
